Attendance of lectures is mandatory and must be certified by the students’ signature. Participants who fail to attend 25% or more of lessons will not receive the Master’s Degree.

Participants obtain the University Credits by passing periodic examinations on the acquired competences of the integrated courses. The Master’s grading system complies with the Italian undergraduate one. The required minimum pass grade is 18/30 for each exam.

The Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology for Human Nutrition is awarded after a final examination on the overall skills acquired, taking into consideration the stage activity and the discussion of the student’s dissertation. The evaluation of the final exam is expressed on a scale of 110.

In case of non-attendance, low advancement or however reprehensible behaviour, the Scientific Committee of the Master may decide to exclude the participant.
